LOPES & CALDAS ENGENHARIA, LDA. main concern is the continuous improvement of its performance, in order to fully satisfy the needs of customers, employees and other interested parties, based on broad experience, in the fulfilment of the duties assumed, in the staff competence and in the conformity of its products and services . In this sense, and recognizing that quality is an essential factor of competitiveness and sustainability of the company, it assumes the following guidelines:

  2. Ensure the sustainability of the domestic and foreign markets;
  3. Provide employees with competence, training and information;
  4. Foster a close relationship with Stakeholders, in order to promote their satisfaction;
  5. Develop a communication and marketing strategy;
  6. Ensure the Quality Management System critical analysis, in order to improve its effectiveness;
  7. Ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the sector.
